Does Good Scruff Odour Eliminator permanently remove odours?

Yes! The plant powered formula contains a proprietary ingredient that breaks down foul smelling odour molecules on contact. We put a light natural fragrance in each product so you know it is working. This natural fragrance will dissipate shortly after use.

Can I use Good Scruff Odour Eliminator to treat nasty smelling odours that are non-pet related?

Absolutely! You can tackle all of your organic and non-organic odours, including urine, feces, food and sweat with our Odor Eliminator. Spray it on stinky household areas like the bathroom, gym bags, yoga mats, nappy piles, trash cans and you’ll understand why this product has been known to save marriages!

Can I use Good Scruff on hard wood floors?

Hard wood flooring is tricky. That is why we have developed a gentle, yet powerful hard floor cleaning range specifically designed to use on water safe hard wood, vinyl, laminate, ceramic tile, concrete & other hard surfaces unaffected by water. If you know your hard wood floor is sealed with a water-safe sealant, you should be good to use Good Scruff on it, but it is always best to test a small, hidden area first for colorfastness and to make sure the surface won’t be damaged.

If your hard wood flooor is not sealed with a water-safe sealant, it is not recommended to use Good Scruff on those surfaces. We also recommend you contacting the manufacturer of the flooring for the best cleaning tips.

What is Good Scruff made of?

Vegetables! There are other vegi-based detergents out there, but none work as well as Good Scruff and that is what makes it so cool. Technically, it is a plant based surfactant and it works by saturating and absorbing the stain at the core and then breaking it down. The process makes it easy to remove even the most stubborn stains from any water-safe surface quickly, efficiently and safely without leaving any toxic residue behind.

Does Good Scruff contain nasties?

Nah. It’s not really our thing. So you’ll find no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), EDTA, NPAs, GMOs, phosphates, synthetic dyes, synthetic parfumes, optical brighteners, PEGs, harsh detergents, animal derivatives, isothiazolinones, mineral oils, palm oil, petrolatum or artificial colours in our products.

What is the best way to store Good Scruff?

Even though Good Scruff products are non-toxic, it is best to keep them out of reach of children – non-toxic doesn’t necessarily mean fit for consumption! We recommend to keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and the stain and odour fighting capabilities of our products will keep on working down to the last drop.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

That’s right. Good Scruff will deliver your freshly made cleaning products within Australia, for free for all orders over $75! All orders within Australia will generally arrive within 2-7 working days.

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $11.50 per order for orders under $75.

How long will it take to get my package?

Deliveries vary based on location, metro deliveries are usually completed in 2-3 working days, outside metro can take up to 4-7 working days. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, please allow an extra business day for your delivery to arrive. You can use the Australia Post delivery calculator here to get a more detailed estimate for your specific location (We post from Melbourne, 3191).

Australia Post delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. It is very important that you provide a full delivery address and include the business name if applicable.

How do I track my order?

As soon your package has been shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number. Registered customers can also check the status of their orders in My Account. Just go to ‘my orders’ and click ‘track parcel’.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will bend over backwards to make sure this is the case. Please email us at hello@goodscruff.com.au if you are unhappy with Good Scruff for any reason, so we can personally take whatever steps are necessary to correct your problem and make your experience with us a positive one!

How can I return a product?

You are welcome to return any product bought from us for a full refund to your original method of payment. Just contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in its original condition. Please include your original order number (a string of numbers starting with GT, eg: GT12345) so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund. Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please email hello@goodscruff.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however we may have already sent it out your orfer. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it’s yours. However, please check our returns and refunds policy here.

What payment options are available?

Payments at Good Scruff are easy and secure. We currently support payments made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay and Google Pay. If you have any questions about paying for your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

Where is my order confirmation?

You should receive an email confirmation immediately after completing checkout. If for some reason you don’t, check your spam folder and add orders@goodscruff.com.au to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, shoot us an email at hello@goodscruff.com.au.

My order won’t go through. What’s up?

An error message on the checkout page indicates there might be a problem with your credit card information. Please double check that you have entered your credit card details correctly – it should be only numbers; no dashes or spaces. Verify the address you have entered matches the billing address that your bank has on file. If you continue to receive errors, try using a different credit card or please contact your financial institution.
