We want you to be happy with your purchase and will bend over backwards to make sure this is the case. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
For any product bought on thegoodscruff.com, we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
You are welcome to return any product bought from thegoodscruff.com for a full refund to your original method of payment. Just contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
Please include your original order number (a string of numbers starting with GT, eg: GT1234567890) so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.
Pack & Send
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6-12 Raglan St, Preston VIC 3072, Australia.
Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs to send exchanges back to us (unless the product is faulty). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. GOOD SCRUFF will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
What happens next
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after you’ve been approved, first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchange of faulty or damaged items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your original purchase and send your item to: 6-12 Raglan St, Preston VIC 3072, Australia.
