Please note: Good Scruff is unable to delivery to PO Boxes or Lockers at this stage. Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.


As soon your package has been shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number. Registered customers can also check the status of their orders in My Account. Just go to ‘my orders’ and click ‘track parcel’. Our delivery partners typically pickup and deliver parcels Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. However, parcels won’t be picked up or delivered during public state holidays.

Should the delivery address be unattended at the time of delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. It is very important that you provide a full delivery address and include the business name if applicable.


We want you to be happy with your purchase and will bend over backwards to make sure this is the case. To get in touch with us about any concerns please contact our friendly Customer Service Team. Please let us know if you receive damaged or faulty goods and we’ll exchange it or refund your money. You won’t be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. 


You are welcome to return any product bought from for a full refund to your original method of payment. Just contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions. Delicate items are wrapped in newsprint, and the ‘green beans’ (void-fill) used to pack boxes are made from corn & potato starch, and are completely biodegradable.
